How can I change my annual membership from 'not auto-renewing' to 'auto-renewing'?

You can resume the automatic renewal process from "Check, Change, or Stop Payment Method" in MY PAGE.

Automatic renewal applies in the following cases:

・When you signed up using credit card payment, d payment, or au simple payment.
・When you renewed using credit card payment, d payment, or au simple payment (reflected from the following year).

Therefore, the following cases will not be set for automatic renewal:

・If you signed up using "SoftBank Collective Payment" or "Convenience Store Payment".
・If you signed up using credit card payment, d payment, or au simple payment and then stopped automatic renewal from your MY PAGE.

In either case, when you proceed with the next renewal, selecting any of "credit card payment, d payment, or au simple payment" will reflect automatic renewal from the following year.
