If you wish to stop automatic renewal, you can do so by selecting "Stop Automatic Renewal" from "Confirm, Change, or Stop Payment Method" in MY PAGE.
※ If "Stop Automatic Renewal" is not displayed, it means that it has already been stopped or that it is not in an automatic renewal payment state.
The operation to stop must be completed by 【24:00 the day before the next renewal date】.
After the deadline, automatic renewal will occur with the registered payment method.
Please note that cancellations and refunds cannot be made after automatic renewal is completed.
※ The annual fee payment for "SoftBank Collective Payment" is not automatic renewal. Payment procedures are required each year thereafter.
※ When proceeding, please be sure to access via a web browser (Safari/Chrome).
