Membership Terms
Please be sure to read these terms of use before using the service.
When using KPP CLUB, you must agree to and comply with the contents of the terms of use.
- Article 1 (Purpose)
- The KPP CLUB (hereinafter referred to as "this service") is composed of members residing in Japan who support Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, and its purpose is to support Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.
- Article 2 (Operating Entity)
- This service is established using a platform operated by Fanplus Inc., and the operation and management of this service will be conducted by the service office (hereinafter referred to as the "office").
- Article 3 (Scope of Application of Membership Regulations)

- 1. These membership regulations (hereinafter referred to as "these regulations") establish the basic matters of the services provided by the administration office that operates the service, as well as the rights and obligations of the members. Members who join the service are deemed to have accepted the contents of these regulations.
- 2. Regarding the provision of services and the management of personal information in this service, we utilize the 'Plus member ID service' provided by our partner, Fanplus Co., Ltd. By completing the registration for this service, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of use of the 'Plus member ID service'.
- 3. Notifications made by the secretariat to members under Article 3, as well as the separate terms of use for each service defined by the service (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Terms of Use, etc."), shall constitute a part of these regulations, regardless of their names.
- 4. In the event of any discrepancies between the provisions of this agreement and those of the terms of use or other regulations, the provisions of the terms of use or other regulations shall take precedence.
- Article 4 (Notifications to Members, etc.)
- The secretariat will notify members of necessary information as needed through postal mail, electronic mail (including other electromagnetic notification methods), and by displaying it on the website they operate, or by any other method deemed appropriate by the secretariat. Additionally, announcements regarding performances may be issued in parallel through other media besides this service, such as the official homepage and electronic mail (including other electromagnetic notification methods).
- Article 5 (Members)
- In this agreement, a "member" refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures specified by the service, accepts this agreement, applies for membership in the prescribed manner, and whose application is accepted by the secretariat (the service usage contract established by such acceptance is hereinafter referred to as the "usage contract"), and who has paid the membership fees as stipulated in Article 8 of this agreement, or an individual whose membership is accepted by the secretariat without the need for payment of membership fees (hereinafter referred to as a "free member," collectively referred to as "members"). If the applicant for membership is a minor, they must obtain prior consent from their guardian or other legal representative.
- Article 6 (Disapproval and Withdrawal of Membership)

- 1. The secretariat may refuse to accept the membership application of anyone who is deemed to fall into any of the following categories.
- 1-1 If there has been a past violation of these terms (including at the time of application for membership) that resulted in the withdrawal of acceptance into the service or a dismissal from membership.
- 1-2 In the case of false statements, errors, or omissions in the content of the membership application. This applies to corporations rather than individuals.
- 1-3 If the same individual has already registered as a member.
- 1-4 In the case of living outside Japan.
- 1-5 In other cases, when the secretariat judges it inappropriate to consider someone as a member.
- 2. The secretariat may revoke the approval of membership even after it has been granted if it is found that the approved member falls under any of the disqualifying conditions mentioned in the previous section. Furthermore, in the event of such a revocation, the member shall not be entitled to claim a refund of any paid membership fees or to exercise any rights for damages.
- Article 7 (Withdrawal or Expulsion)

- The secretariat may expel a member if that member falls under any of the following categories. Furthermore, the membership contract with a member who has been expelled will be considered terminated immediately upon the decision of the secretariat.
- If prohibited actions as stipulated in Article 12 of these regulations are carried out.
- In the event of arrears in membership fees or similar dues as stipulated in Article 9 of these regulations.
- 1-3 In addition, in the event of a violation of these terms or usage agreements, etc.
- In addition to the first three items, when the secretariat determines that withdrawal is appropriate.
- Members who have been expelled shall not be entitled to claim a refund of any paid membership fees or to exercise any rights such as claims for damages, regardless of the reason for their expulsion.
- Article 8 (Member Benefits)

- Members shall be entitled to the benefits listed in the following items. However, free members will not be able to receive some of the member benefits.
- Provision of member-exclusive web content.
- 1-2 Other benefits specified by this service.
- Information regarding the benefits available to members will be announced once the schedule is confirmed. Please understand that, due to the preparations for the announcement, there may be cases where benefits are not available depending on the timing of your membership.
- Article 9 (Membership Fees, etc.)

- 1. Members (excluding free members; the same applies hereinafter) shall pay the following membership fees (hereinafter referred to as "membership fees, etc.") to the secretariat at the time of joining and when extending the validity period of membership qualifications as stipulated in the next article.

Free members: 0 yen (tax included)
Monthly fee: 660 yen (tax included)
Annual fee: 7,920 yen (tax included)
- 2. The payment methods for membership fees, as stipulated in the preceding section, shall be defined separately in the service.
- 3. Membership fees, etc. will be incurred and must be paid continuously from the date of joining until the day the member voluntarily terminates the usage contract through the cancellation procedure (this will be automatically renewed).
Please note that regardless of the date of joining, membership fees, etc. will be incurred for the entire membership period (no pro-rated calculation will be made), and fees already paid will not be refunded for any reason, including suspension of membership or cancellation. - 4. In addition to membership fees, there are separate communication charges for using this service. If you are using a packet service, you will incur charges for sending and receiving data.
- 1. Members (excluding free members; the same applies hereinafter) shall pay the following membership fees (hereinafter referred to as "membership fees, etc.") to the secretariat at the time of joining and when extending the validity period of membership qualifications as stipulated in the next article.
- Article 10 (Validity Period)

- 1. The validity period for monthly membership qualifications is until the end of the month of enrollment.
The validity period for annual membership qualifications is until the end of the month 13 months after the month of enrollment.
- 2. In the case of credit card payments, d payment, or au easy payment, if the cancellation procedure stipulated in Article 13 of these terms is not completed by the day before the renewal date, the membership will be automatically extended, and in that case, the fees specified in the previous article will apply.
- 3. There is no set validity period for free membership, and it will continue as long as the member does not take action to cancel their membership.
- 1. The validity period for monthly membership qualifications is until the end of the month of enrollment.
- Article 11 (Obligations of Members, etc.)

- Members shall manage their login ID and password at their own responsibility, and the administration shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the member due to insufficient management, errors in use, or use by third parties.
- Members shall not lend, transfer, or change the name of their login ID and password to any third party.
- 3. Members must promptly follow the procedures designated by the office to make changes if there are any alterations to the information reported to the office at the time of application.
- 4. If a member neglects to make the necessary notifications as mentioned in the previous section, resulting in the failure of the notifications from the secretariat to reach the member, the secretariat shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
- Article 12 (Prohibited Matters)

Members shall not engage in the following actions when using this service.
- 1. Sale and transfer of membership rights, name changes and sharing, granting usage rights to third parties.
- 2. Fictitious names, falsehoods, and duplicate registrations.
- 3. To use all data, information, texts, sounds, images, illustrations, etc. obtained through this service for purposes such as reproduction, sale, publication, or broadcasting, beyond the scope of private use permitted by copyright law.
- 4. To infringe upon the property, privacy, or portrait rights of artists or other third parties, or to engage in actions that may pose a risk of such infringement.
- 5. Defaming artists or other third parties, thereby damaging their honor or reputation, or creating a risk of such damage.
- 6. The rights and benefits obtained as a member may not be resold to third parties, such as through internet auctions, nor may they be transferred, lent, changed in name, or used as collateral in any other way.
- 7. Forcing contact or meetings with artists, or requesting contact or meetings with artists through this service.
- 8. Engaging in activities aimed at profit-making for oneself or a third party using this service, as well as activities intended to prepare for such profit-making.
- 9. Using this service to engage in pre-election activities, election campaigns, or similar acts that violate the Public Election Act.
- 10. To use the service for religious activities that include the promotion of religion, the establishment and activities of religious organizations, and actions related to joining religious associations.
- 11. In addition to the above items, engaging in acts that violate laws or public order, or that interfere with the operation of the service.
- Article 13 (Withdrawal Procedures, etc.)

- If a member wishes to cancel their subscription to the service, they must complete the cancellation procedure through their personal page via a mobile device or similar means by the day before the membership renewal date.
- Even if you have initiated the withdrawal process as per the previous section, you can continue to use the services until the expiration date of your membership as stipulated in Article 10, Section 1 of these terms.
- 3. The secretariat will not issue any refunds, including on a pro-rata basis, for membership fees already paid and service usage fees when a member (excluding free members) decides to withdraw from membership.
- 4. Members (excluding free members) shall remain liable for payment obligations for the purchase price of products and other service fees incurred through member benefits at the time of withdrawal, even after they have withdrawn from the service.
- Article 14 (Changes to these Terms and Conditions)

- The secretariat may change these terms, including membership benefits and other service contents, as necessary.
- 2. In the case mentioned in the previous section, the secretariat shall notify members in advance or after the fact, in accordance with the method specified in Article 3, and members shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes by using the services in accordance with the revised terms.
- 3. If members do not agree with the content of the revised terms, they may immediately cease using the service and cancel their membership. However, they must agree in advance that any fees already paid will not be refunded.
- Article 15 (Suspension of Services, etc.)

- The secretariat may suspend or discontinue all or part of the services provided to members without any prior notice due to circumstances related to the artists, the operational status of the service, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- 2. The secretariat shall notify members in advance or after the event, in accordance with the method specified in section 4, in the case mentioned in the previous paragraph.
- Article 16 (Dissolution of the Service)

- The secretariat may dissolve the service if it determines that it is difficult to continue the operation of the service due to the artist's activity status or other circumstances.
- In the case mentioned in the previous section, the secretariat will not refund any membership fees that have already been paid by the members.
- Article 17 (Handling of Personal Information)

- The secretariat may use the registered information of members (such as name, gender, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, nickname, etc.) only when necessary for the operation of the service, in accordance with the "Privacy Policy".
- 2. In addition to the preceding item, when the secretariat acquires personal information from members (including information that can identify specific individuals by matching it with the registration information defined in the preceding item), it shall use such information at its own responsibility and burden in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
- 3. The secretariat will use the personal information collected from members solely for the purposes described below.
(1) Management of member information
(2) Notifications regarding goods, new services, campaigns, etc., through newsletters
(3) Applications, communications, and shipping related to events and gifts
(4) Responses to inquiries and consultations from members
(5) Conducting and collecting surveys related to the activities of the service
(6) Other purposes with the individual consent of the member.
- 4. The secretariat will not use the personal information of members beyond the purposes specified in the relevant privacy policy.
- 5. The office shall take necessary and appropriate measures as stipulated by law to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information of its members and to ensure the safe management of personal information.
- 6. The secretariat shall not provide members' personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
(1) When required by law
(2) When there is a request for disclosure from a legally authorized person
(3) When it is necessary to disclose in order to protect or recover the rights of users or third parties from unlawful infringement
(4) When it is deemed necessary to disclose to a contractor for business purposes.
- 7. The secretariat shall respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries from members regarding the handling of personal information or personal data, and shall strive to manage members' personal information properly. However, it may require verification of the member's identity in response to such inquiries.
- Article 18 (Compensation for Damages)
- Members shall be liable to compensate for any damages caused to the administration, artists, or other third parties due to reasons attributable to themselves in relation to the use of this service.
- Article 19 (Disclaimer)

- The secretariat shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in relation to the use of the service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence by the secretariat.
- If you miss the deadline for an application notice without checking it, your right to apply will be lost, and inquiries after the application deadline will not be accepted.
- 3. We shall not be liable for any issues arising from reasons attributable to the members regarding the use of our services.
- 4. The office shall not bear any responsibility for disadvantages arising from members' inability to access the internet, such as not being able to receive certain member benefits (e.g., web-exclusive content).
- 5. If notification is made in accordance with the method specified in Article 3, the member cannot raise any objections even if they are not in an environment to receive it.
- Article 20 (Matters of Agreement)
- In the event of any matters not stipulated in these terms or any doubts arising regarding the interpretation of these terms, both the members and the secretariat shall resolve them through sincere discussions.
- Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
- Members and the secretariat agree that, in the event of a need for litigation regarding the content of the usage contract based on these regulations, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
- Article 22 (Separability)
- Even if any provision or part of this agreement is judged to be invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of this agreement and the remaining parts of any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable shall continue to be fully effective.
