・Membership is open only to individuals residing in countries that can be selected on the Credit Card Payment and Member Information Registration screens. ・If you reside in Japan and mistakenly join as an [International Member], or if you reside outside Japan and mistakenly join as a [Domestic Member], you will not be able change your plan without first cancelling your membership. Please be aware that in such cases, we cannot provide a refund, nor can we transfer your account information to a new account. ・If you already have a Plus member ID and would like to register as an [International Member], you may be registered with a domestic (Japan-based) account. If you are unable to select a nationality other than Japanese when entering your information, please go through a new registration again. ・Once you have selected a membership fee plan, you cannot change it without first cancelling your membership.
