If you wish to change your payment method, please complete the change on your MY page by the day before the next renewal date.
Payments will be processed using the payment method registered at the time of the 'renewal date', so you can change it at any time during the membership period, as long as it is not on the renewal date.
Procedure for Changing Payment Methods
Access the 'Check, Change, or Stop Payment Method' section on your MY page.
Please add the new payment method from 'Add Payment Method' after making changes.
We will stop once from the 'automatic renewal cancellation'.
Please select the new payment method for automatic renewal and payment method change from the payment method management section again.
Please note that to change from credit card payment, d payment, or au easy payment to SoftBank collective payment or convenience store payment,
you must first stop the automatic renewal and proceed after the expiration date.
Once you stop the automatic renewal and the expiration date has passed, a renewal procedure button will be displayed on MY PAGE, so please proceed from there.
If you complete the procedure within the month following the expiration date, you can continue using the service with your membership date and member number status retained.
