This site operates on a monthly subscription service with automatic renewal payments, so it will automatically charge and continue each month until you take action to stop the automatic renewal.
In the following cases, automatic withdrawal may occur.
Credit card payment
If it is determined that payment cannot be made with the registered credit card as of the "next renewal date," it will result in automatic cancellation, and you will not be able to use the service from the following day.
For inquiries regarding the validity of your card, such as usage limits and expiration dates, please contact your card issuer.
Furthermore, if you re-register with the same email address (Plus member ID) within one month from the update date, you can carry over your membership information, such as the membership date.
Carrier payment
If there are changes to the mobile carrier, phone number, or contract name at the time of the "next update date," billing may not continue, and automatic cancellation may occur.
If you log in and make a payment with the same email address (Plus member ID) within one month after your membership has been cancelled (payment canceled), you can resume your registration with the same membership information, such as your joining date.
If more than 30 days have passed since the withdrawal state, or if the procedure is carried out with a different email address, the membership information will be reset.
Please be aware that the membership date cannot be changed.
