If you are using carrier payments from each mobile company, please check the following information.
------
●For docomo users
・With the new docomo pricing plans "ahamo and irumo", you can continue to use "d payment (docomo payment)".
・Currently, if you are using "d payment (docomo payment)" for registration on this site and change to "ahamo", your payment registration will continue, and you can keep using the site.
・With the new docomo pricing plans "ahamo and irumo", you cannot use the carrier email address (@docomo.ne.jp).
・If you are registered on this site with a carrier email address, you will not receive notifications such as newsletters from the site, so please change your email address from MY PAGE.
About <irumo>
If you are considering changing to NTT docomo's new pricing plan "irumo", which is scheduled to start on July 1, 2023, please check the following.
・With the new docomo pricing plan "irumo", you can continue to use "d payment".
・If you are currently using "d payment" for registration on this site and change to "irumo", your payment registration will continue, and you can keep using the site, but "sp mode payment" will not be available.
※For details, please check with docomo.
・If you apply for the "docomo email option" at the same time as changing to the new pricing plan "irumo", you can continue to use the carrier email address (@docomo.ne.jp).
・After contracting "irumo", if you apply for the "docomo email option" at any time, or if you do not apply for the "docomo email option", you may not be able to use or transfer the carrier email address (@docomo.ne.jp).
※The service content of "irumo" may change in the future.
※We will provide separate guidance at the time of change.

●For au users
With the new au pricing plan "povo2.0", you cannot currently use "au easy payment".
Therefore, if customers currently using "au easy payment" change to "povo2.0", they will be automatically unsubscribed.
※Customers who contracted "povo" ("povo1.0") before the provision of "povo2.0" do not need to take any action and can continue to use it.
However, the service content of "povo" may change in the future.
We will provide separate guidance at the time of change.
Also, with the new au pricing plan "povo", you cannot use the carrier email address (@au.com/@ezweb.ne.jp).
If you are registered on this site with a carrier email address, you will not receive notifications such as newsletters from the site, so please change your email address from MY PAGE.

●For SoftBank users
If you have switched between the "SoftBank", "Y!mobile", and "LINEMO" brands with the same mobile phone number after March 3, 2022, you can continue to use it.
Note that you cannot use the carrier email address (@i.softbank.jp/@softbank.ne.jp/@vodafone.ne.jp) with "LINEMO".
