I changed my smartphone model. Are there any procedures I need to follow? (Using carrier billing / No change in mobile carrier)

Basically, the payment information will be carried over, so you can use the site on the new device.

Please note that depending on the terms of your contract, payment information may not be carried over.


In the event that the payment is not processed correctly for any reason by the "next renewal date," please log in with your registered Plus member ID (or email address) within one month from the renewal date and proceed with the payment again.


If you have temporarily canceled your membership, you can log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) within one month and re-register (i.e., complete the payment process) to retain your membership information, such as the membership start date, and continue using the site.


Please be aware that if one month has passed since the cancellation of your subscription or if you proceed with a different email address, you will not be able to transfer your registration and will need to sign up as a new member.
