I changed my smartphone model. Are there any procedures I need to follow? (Using carrier billing / Changed mobile company)

If you are using the same career site ID, there is generally no need for any further procedures.

In the event that the payment is not processed correctly for any reason by the "next renewal date," please log in with your registered Plus member ID (or email address) within one month from the renewal date and proceed with the payment again.

If you have temporarily canceled your membership, you can log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) within one month and re-register (i.e., complete the payment process) to retain your membership information, such as the membership start date, and continue using the site.

Please be aware that if 30 days have passed since the cancellation of your subscription or if you proceed with a different email address, you will not be able to transfer your registration and will have to sign up as a new member.
