● It may be blocked due to domain-specific reception settings.

For confirmation and setup methods, please inquire with the provider of your email address (each mobile carrier/shop).

<For those using mobile carrier addresses>

Each mobile carrier has a high standard level for spam measures, and as a result, there are many cases where emails do not arrive.
Even if you are not aware of any spam measures on your part, please be sure to check and configure your settings.

● For those using an au address (ezweb.ne.jp/au.com)
If you have set the impersonation regulation to "high," your emails may be blocked.
Please set it to "medium" or lower, or disable the setting.

● For those using a SoftBank address (softbank.ne.jp/i.softbank.jp)
If you have set the spam filter to "strong," your emails may be blocked.
Please set it to "standard" or "OFF."

● For those using an iCloud address
Due to the system status of iCloud mail, there may be delays in receiving or emails may not arrive.
Please also check if they are sorted into the "spam folder."
※ We do not recommend registering or using this site with an iCloud address.

● For those using free addresses (gmail/yahoo) or PC addresses
Emails may be automatically sorted into the "spam folder" or "promotions tab."
Please check all folders and your spam filter settings.

● Check if you are over capacity
Your mailbox may be full, or your smartphone may be out of storage, preventing you from receiving emails.

● The email address contains restricted character strings
Examples: consecutive dots (.....), consecutive symbols (_-_), a dot or symbol just before the at sign (.@), symbols at the beginning (-abc), etc.

If you are using an email address that contains such character strings, please register again with a different email address.

The following types of email addresses do not comply with the global internet communication standard RFC (Request for Comments) and are generally not allowed.

<Email addresses not compliant with RFC>
1. Contains symbols other than "-", "_", ".", "+", "?", "/"
2. Uses symbols consecutively more than twice
3. Uses symbols at the beginning and end (just before the @)
4. The part before the @ is more than 64 characters
5. The entire email address is more than 256 characters

● For those using the mail app (iPhone users)
There are two types of mail sending and receiving apps: "Mail (standard mail app)" and "Messages (MMS mail)."
If you use the "Messages (MMS mail)" function, due to iPhone specifications, you may not be able to receive emails properly.
Please use "Mail (standard mail app)."

● Others
・Please change your settings to allow emails and URLs from PCs.
・If you are sending a blank email instead of manually entering the address, please ensure that your automatic signature is not included in the body or title.
・Depending on the mailer or mail app you are using, related emails may be displayed as a thread.
