The renewal procedure period will be one month before the membership expiration date (including the expiration month).
Example: If the expiration date is the end of October ⇒ Renewal procedures can be started from October 1.

When it becomes possible to renew, we will notify you by email.

※ Even if you do not receive the email, you can log in during your renewal period to proceed with the renewal on MY PAGE.

For annual members, the following applies for "Automatic Renewal":

・If you processed with "Credit Card Payment", "d Payment", or "au Easy Payment" at the time of membership registration.
・If you processed with "Credit Card Payment", "d Payment", or "au Easy Payment" at the time of renewal (reflected from the following year).

Please note that the following cases will not be set for automatic renewal.

・If you joined with "SoftBank Collective Payment" or "Convenience Store Payment".
・If you joined with "Credit Card Payment", "d Payment", or "au Easy Payment" and then stopped automatic renewal yourself from My Page.
