＜TICKETS＞

- Reserved seat 7,500 yen (tax included)

※Up to 2 tickets can be applied for per person. (Applicant: paid member *regardless of month or year, Companion: non-member allowed)
※Multiple performances can be applied for.

* Ticket sales start date: One week before the performance

◆Age restriction:
[Reserved seat] Paid for ages 6 and up. However, if a seat is required, a ticket is needed for each child under 5.

Additionally, for children under 5 years old who do not require a seat, one child may sit on the lap of one parent.

 

[Notes/Important Points]

Handling with electronic tickets.

*Resale and transfer are not allowed.
*There may be a baggage inspection upon entry.

* For those who purchased tickets in advance as paid members of the fan club, it is mandatory to continue being a paid member of the fan club until the performance date.
* In the event of any disputes between customers, all matters must be handled and resolved between the parties involved, and the organizer will not be responsible for any damages.
* There may be instances where we ask you to watch while seated in the general reserved seating.
* During the performance, we kindly ask that you remain seated for certain parts.

Please make sure to view the performance in the seats displayed on your ticket. Seat exchanges are prohibited.
Holding multiple tickets is also prohibited, even if they can be purchased through resale, etc.
We will not refund ticket prices for any issues related to customer circumstances or deficiencies in identification documents.
Additionally, after entry, we may ask for re-verification of your identity within the venue.

Viewing of live events

- Actions that disturb other customers, inappropriate behavior or remarks while viewing live events are prohibited.
- Bringing alcohol into the venue and entering while intoxicated is prohibited.
- If deemed to be under the influence, entry will be denied. If discovered inside the venue, you will also be asked to leave.
- To ensure all customers can enjoy the concert safely, excessive jumping is prohibited, and if observed, venue staff will address the matter.
- Actions that create noise, such as whistling, off-timing calls, or calling out excessively loudly, which disturb surrounding customers or hinder the performance, are prohibited.
- You may be asked to leave the venue at the discretion of the staff. In such cases, there will be no refunds for ticket prices or any other costs. Additionally, you may be denied entry to future events.

Regarding wheelchair use
・Customers using wheelchairs will be guided to the venue's designated wheelchair viewing area for safety and due to venue facilities.

In that case, regardless of the seat location or ticket type you purchased or won, you may be required to move to the wheelchair viewing area.
・Customers using wheelchairs are requested to contact us in advance after purchasing tickets or winning.
