[Membership Fee Course Exclusive Benefit] The 'KPP CLUB 2025 Newsletter' will be sequentially dispatched starting from February 6, 2026 (Friday).


●Shipping Target Information
■Shipping Details Domestic members who meet the following two conditions are eligible.
Eligible persons:
・Members of the annual fee course(※ Monthly membership course is not applicable)
Those who have completed the payment for "continuation" or "new membership/course change" by December 31, 2025.
Those who complete their payment after January 1, 2026, will not be eligible for shipping.
Shipping start date: From February 6, 2026 (Friday) onwards
Shipping method: Yu-Mail (post delivery)
Shipping address: The registered address as of January 8, 2026


*There will be no individual shipping completion emails.

Please confirm with your cohabitant whether the package has been received and check if it is mixed up with other shipments.

*It usually takes 3 to 5 days from the shipment of the product to delivery (this may vary by region).
*Depending on traffic conditions and your area, it may take about a week for delivery.
*Delivery is only available to addresses within Japan. We cannot ship to overseas addresses.

Regarding the timing of benefit shipments for international members who have registered for the benefits, we are currently making adjustments.

Only delivery into the mailbox is possible; we cannot accommodate individual arrangements such as postal office pickup, delivery center pickup, or convenience store pickup.

* Customers who complete the payment for changes to the annual fee course or new membership after January 1, 2026, will not receive the "KPP CLUB 2025 Newsletter" for the 2025 fiscal year.
* The "KPP CLUB 2025 Newsletter" is a benefit exclusive to the annual fee course. Members of the monthly fee course are not eligible for shipment.

The recipients for the shipment in February are as follows.

- Membership type: Annual member (domestic member)

- Membership date: Customers who have completed the payment for the annual membership course renewal as of December 31, 2025, and those who have completed the payment for new annual membership or course changes are eligible.


If I have been a member of the monthly membership course for 12 months (1 year) as of December 31, 2025, am I eligible to receive the 'KPP CLUB 2025 newsletter'?

→ Not eligible for shipping. The KPP CLUB 2025 newsletter is a benefit of the annual membership course.


If I registered for the membership course on December 31, 2025, and made the payment after January 1, 2026, am I eligible to receive the 'KPP CLUB 2025 newsletter'?

→ Not eligible for shipping. The recipients of the 'KPP CLUB 2025 Newsletter' are those who have completed the payment for a change in membership course or new membership by December 31, 2025.

Customers who complete the payment for changes to their annual membership plan or new membership after January 1, 2026, are kindly asked to wait for the 2026 'KPP CLUB Newsletter'.


If I change to the annual membership course or sign up for a new membership now, will I be eligible to receive the 'KPP CLUB 2025 newsletter'?

→ Not eligible for shipping. The recipients of the 'KPP CLUB 2025 Newsletter' are domestic members who have completed the payment for a change in membership course or new membership by December 31, 2025.

Customers who have not received their items more than two weeks after the shipping date are requested to contact us using the application form below within the specified period.
