We will start shipping sequentially from January 28, 2026 (Wednesday).

●Information for recipients of January 2026 shipments
・Shipping date: January 28 (Wednesday)
・Eligible recipients: Those who joined the annual fee course by January 31, 2025, and have completed the renewal process (and payment) between November 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

・Shipping address: The address registered as of Tuesday, January 20, 2026
-Shipping method: Items will be shipped by regular mail (Japan Post), so please check your mailbox.
・It usually takes 3 to 5 days (※ varies depending on the region) from the time the product is shipped until it is delivered.
- Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, it may take up to a week for delivery.
*This delivery is only available to addresses within Japan.
*We cannot handle individual options other than post-delivery, such as holding at a post office, delivery center, or convenience store pickup.

▼Regarding inquiries about undelivered items
Shipments will begin on Wednesday, January 28th.
If you have not received your item more than two weeks after it was shipped, please check the following and contact us using the application form.
