■Precautions
[Regarding Tickets and Admission]
Everyone entering will need one ticket per person.

Entry is strictly prohibited for anyone other than the member who has been selected, including family members.

The identification document brought by the winning member must match their identity.

Please be aware that children cannot enter the venue on the day of the event unless their parents are members and have applied.

※ Items without a photo or those that allow photo replacement are not acceptable.
※ If you do not have these, please prepare two documents that can confirm your name.

Entry will be in order of the serial number.

Please refrain from waiting around the venue before the specified time.

Please also be aware that there will be a regulation exit.

[Restrictions on Bringing Items]
Due to venue space and safety reasons, bringing items into the venue is strictly prohibited, except for mobile phones.
Please use the coin lockers at nearby stations.
If any items prohibited by law are discovered, we will immediately report to the police.

Items deemed dangerous by other staff are prohibited from being brought in.

本公演ではドリンク類・お食事の提供がございます。
新型コロナウイルス感染症など(学校保健安全法で出席の停止が定められている感染症)に罹患し治癒していない方、

If you have any of the following symptoms: 1. fever, 2. cold symptoms such as a cough, even if mild, 3. severe fatigue, or 4. shortness of breath, you may be suspected of having an infection with the novel coronavirus.

We kindly ask you to refrain from attending on the day due to the risk of infection to other participants.

Depending on symptoms, you may be asked to leave by the venue staff.
For any reason, including illness (including COVID-19 and influenza), injury, or personal circumstances, please be aware that we will not issue refunds for tickets except in the case of event postponement or cancellation.
If a refund occurs, it will only cover the ticket price, and convenience store payment fees will not be included.
Those with disabilities, health issues, pregnant individuals, service dog users, or those requiring special considerations should inform us before applying.

Please note that the costs for special measures taken by the management on behalf of the customer, based on the customer's request, will be borne by the customer.

If you have health concerns such as chronic illnesses or injuries, please be sure to consult your primary care physician before applying.

Additionally, as a result, there may be cases where staff will refuse participation.
The organizers, venue, and artists will not be responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that occur inside or outside the venue, so we ask that you handle these matters at your own responsibility.

Those who cause trouble will be asked to leave for any reason.

In addition, we will demand damages after handing the person over to the police.

[Prohibited Actions Inside and Outside the Venue]
Waiting outside the venue, including overnight stays, is prohibited.

Waiting for arrivals and departures, as well as following behaviors in the venue and surrounding public spaces.

Furthermore, actions such as sitting on surrounding roads pose risks not only to the artists and yourselves but also can lead to accidents and troubles involving the general public.

It will cause a great inconvenience, so please do not do it under any circumstances.

Accidents or incidents that occur due to these actions should be resolved between the parties involved.

The artist, organizer, and venue accept no responsibility whatsoever.

If you engage in malicious behavior again, please be aware that you may be denied entry to the venue and may also be handed over to the police.
Actions that disturb other customers, both inside and outside the venue,

Those who do not follow the staff's instructions or are excessively intoxicated will be forcibly removed.

In that case, no refunds for tickets or any related matters will be provided.

In the event of an accident, incident, or injury occurring inside or outside the venue, the parties involved are expected to resolve the issues among themselves.

The organizer will not be involved in any discussions or problem-solving regarding disputes between customers, so please be aware of this in advance.
In this performance, entry is strictly prohibited for members and associates of organized crime groups and other antisocial organizations, as well as for intoxicated individuals.
Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

If such actions are discovered, we will take legal measures.

Furthermore, we cannot guarantee entry for customers who have purchased tickets from unofficial sales channels such as Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Center, StubHub, TicketJam, etc.

As a result of buying and selling on the above-mentioned sites and between individuals, there is a possibility of being involved in fraud or other troubles.

Please be very careful, as both sellers and buyers may be subject to police investigations and, in some cases, may also be punished.

We kindly ask that you use public transportation as much as possible when attending.

Also, we strictly prohibit drinking for those arriving by car.
Please refrain from illegal parking and any actions that may disturb the neighboring residents.
Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. (Including electronic cigarettes)

[Others]
Except in cases of unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, we do not refund tickets.
We will not compensate for travel expenses (including cancellation fees) related to the cancellation or delay of this event.
We will comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and related laws when handling the personal information provided by customers at the time of ticket application.
All information provided by customers at the time of ticket application will belong to the organizer.
